Capitals SNL win in Aberdeen

Edinburgh Capitals SNL won a hard fought game against the Aberdeen Lynx to maintain their challenge to retain the Scottish National League. The Capitals SNL scored three goals in the last seven minutes of the game to win 6-4. Scott Neil, Capitals SNL coach said, “This was a huge test for the team and they found a way to win in a very competitive game. Aberdeen Lynx played well and pushed us all the way and it took a magnificent effort from the guys in the third period to maintain our unbeaten run in the league.”

Sean Donaldson, Capitals SNL Assistant Captain and man of the match said, “The team showed great character, experience and patience and we really came together in the third period to pull of the win. The Lynx provided a lot of problems for us in the first two periods and we had to be at our best in the third to turn things around.

Edinburgh Capitals SNL next home game is against the Belfast Giants SNL on Sunday 28th September at 6pm.
