VETERAN blueliner John Robertson has put pen to paper for another season with the Dundee Tigers.
Fife native Robertson signed on for his second stint with the Tigers last season after a break from the sport but his quality immediately shone through with some arresting performances.
A Tigers spokesman said: “John has bags of experience and one of the best hockey heads in the game.
“His composure on the puck buys him time to make some great plays and he was a great addition to the team last year.
“His experience of playing at a higher level (in the BNL with Murrayfield Royals, Paisley Pirates, Fife Flyers and Dundee Stars) really rubbed off on the rest of the team and he was generous with his guidance to some of the younger members of the team.”
John will be back in the Tigers Black and Gold in Autumn Cup action on the 5th of September at Aberdeen Lynx.
